Chapter I General Rules

Article 1 (Purpose)

7. Use paper: A company or a member's intention to terminate the use contract after using the service

Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms)
If the member does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may request the withdrawal (cancellation) and if he/she does not refuse the changed terms and conditions and continues to use the service after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he/she is deemed to have agreed to the change

Chapter 2 Service Utilization Contract

Article 5 (Establishment of a contract of use)
The use contract is established with the company's consent to the user's application for use and the user's consent to the terms and conditions.

Article 6 (Application for Use)
You can apply by recording your personal information on the application form required by the company on the service membership information screen.

Article 7 (Acceptance of application for use)
① If a member applies for use by accurately stating all the details of the application form, he/she accepts the application for service use unless there are special circumstances.
② In any of the following cases, approval for use may not be granted:
1. If you do not apply under your real name,
2. When applying in the name of another person;
3. Where the contents of the application for use are falsely stated;
4. When an application is filed for the purpose of hindering the well-being of society or the good manners and customs;
5. When other requirements for application for use set by the company are insufficient;

Article 8 (Change of Contractual Matters)
If a member changes the matters stated at the time of application for use, he/she shall modify it, and the member shall be responsible for the problem caused by not modifying it.


Chapter III Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 9 (Company's Obligations)
The Company shall not divulge or distribute the personal information of the member known in connection with the provision of the Service to any third party without his/her consent.
However, this is not the case if there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, or if there is a request for investigation of a crime or other procedures prescribed by relevant statutes.

Article 10 (Obligation of Members)
① When using the service, the member shall not engage in any of the following acts:
1. Illegal use of other members' IDs
2. Reproduction, publication or provision of information obtained from the service to a third party;
3. Any infringement of the company's copyright, copyright of a third party, etc
4. Spreading content that violates public order and good manners;
5. Objectively judged to be associated with a crime
6. Other acts in violation of relevant laws and regulations
② Members shall not engage in business activities using services, and the company shall not be responsible for the results of business activities.
③ The member shall not transfer or give the right to use the service or any other status under the contract of use to another person, nor shall he provide it as collateral.


Chapter 4 Use of Services

Article 11 (Obligation of Members)
① The member shall be responsible for maintenance of his/her mail, bulletin board, and registered data as necessary.
② The member cannot arbitrarily delete or change the data provided by the company.
③ The member shall not register contents that violate public order and good manners or other contents that violate the copyright of a third party on the company's website.
The member is fully responsible for the consequences of posting such content.

Article 12 (Management and deletion of posts)
For the efficient operation of the service, the member's memory space, message size, storage days, etc. may be restricted, and if the contents to be registered fall under any of the following subparagraphs, they may be deleted without prior notice:
1. In the case of slander or slander against another member or a third party;
2. In case of violation of public order and good manners;
3. Where it is deemed to be related to criminal acts;
4. In the case of infringement of the company's copyright, copyright of a third party, etc
5. When a member publishes pornographic materials on the company's website and bulletin board or links to pornographic sites;

Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of the post belongs to the publisher himself, and members cannot use the materials posted on the service commercially, such as processing and selling information obtained through the service.

Article 14 (Service hours)
In principle, the use of the service shall be 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, unless there is a business or technical problem. However, this is not the case in the event of a regular inspection or other reasons.

Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)

Article 16 (Suspension of Service)
Service may be discontinued in any of the following cases:

3. If a system check is required
4. If there are other reasons for force majeure


Chapter 5 Termination and Restriction of Use of Contracts

Article 17 (Cancellation of Contract and Restriction of Use)
① When a member intends to terminate a use contract, the member himself/herself must apply for termination through the Internet, and the company will take action after confirming whether he/she is the one.
② If a member commits any of the following acts, the company shall notify the customer of his/her intention 30 days prior to the termination action and give him/her an opportunity to state his/her opinion.
1. Where another person's user ID and password are stolen;
2. Intentionally interfering with the operation of the service
3. In the case of falsely applying for membership
4. If the same user has double registered with a different ID
5. In the case of disseminating contents that hinder public order and good manners;
6. Where he/she has committed an act that damages or penalizes the reputation of another person;
7. Transmitting a large amount of information or transmitting advertising information for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the service;
8. When distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc
9. Infringement of intellectual property rights of the company or other members or third parties;
10. Unauthorized use of other people's personal information, user ID, and password;
11. Where a member posts pornographic materials on his/her website or bulletin board or links to pornographic sites;
12. Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations;


Chapter VI Other

Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)
A member shall not transfer or give the right to use the service or any other status under the contract of use to another person, and shall not provide it as collateral.

Article 19 (Compensation for damages)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred to the Member in connection with the service provided free of charge, except for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence of the Company.

Article 20 (Exemption Clause)
① If the company is unable to provide services due to a natural disaster, war, or other equivalent force majeure, it will be exempted from responsibility for the provision of services.
② The company is exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.
③ The company shall not be responsible for any impediment to service use due to reasons attributable to the members.
④ The company shall not be responsible for the profits expected by the members from using the service or for damages caused by data obtained through the service.
⑤ The company is not responsible for the information, data, reliability of facts, accuracy, etc. posted by the member on the service.

Article 21 (Jurisdiction Court)
If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court that has jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.

Supplementary Provisions
(Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions will come into effect on November 28, 2019.
